All the products on display are handmade by Let Me Decor or its partners. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that they are always exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as from the quality of the materials we use.
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images.
When choosing the color of your item, it’s important to note that colors may look slightly different in real life than on a computer monitor.
You can print an invoice for your order from your Members Menu as soon as your order is processed.
- Go to Your Orders.
- Select View Order Details next to the order.
- Select Invoice, you’ll see the option to print your invoice.
- Print or save your invoice.
Please be aware that this is only possible if you signed up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions related to your sales receipts, you can reach out to our billing team directly through [email protected].
Before you return a Let Me Decor product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items, unless there is a defect or different from its description.

If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 72 hours. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1 – 2 weeks. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small.
If you are interested in an “out of stock” item, please do bring it to our notice by sending us a mail or contact us through our given number, and we would get back to you on the availability of the product.
The time taken for delivery usually depends on the Pincode location you want the order to get delivered to.
If a product is ready with us then we handover that product to our delivery partner same day or next day when we received your order. If we have to manufacture that product then we take 3 to 7 days to handover that product to our delivery partner and our team will inform you regarding the same.
You can edit your delivery address at any time before shipping, by pressing ‘Account details’ below your Suite Number. However, once a shipment is released, the delivery address can not be modified.
